Description: Loss enters all of our lives in many ways: death, divorce, geographic move, job transition, career move, empty nest, full nest again, tragedy, physical changes, caring for parents or grandchildren, chronic illness and more. This retreat/workshop is for anyone who has experienced any type of loss and also for those who are journeying with someone in their loss. We will spend time acknowledging our personal losses and the ways they affect us and our families. Using small group sharing, some creative art medium, one-on-one time, and movement, we will create a tool box of skills to help you navigate your unique journey.
After you register, a questionnaire (to help with the grief process) will be sent. Please complete and bring with you to the workshop.
